Jacob Calloway had another successful season in the Iceland Premier League, shooting 70.3% from two-point range and 46.7% from beyond the arc. The 6-foot-8 multi-skilled forward’s career path resembles a world tour, spanning from Central Europe to South America.

After three years of college basketball, Calloway has made a name for himself in six countries: Iceland, Hungary, Kosovo, Czech Republic, Switzerland, and Colombia.
Calloway has found success in each of his destinations, winning MVP in Iceland in 2022. That same year he also led the Hungarian league in three-pointers made while sustaining a 43% field goal percentage.
For Calloway though, his career has gone beyond the successes that he’s achieved. It’s given him the opportunity to see different parts of the world.

“It’s a unique experience to travel to new places and visit them,” Calloway said. “Show love to the people taking you in.”
Calloway isn’t only making a mark on game logs. This past summer, he had the honor of helping NBA veteran Patty Mills prepare for the 2024 Paris Summer Olympics. Additionally, he has trained under the guidance of DJ Sackmann, a renowned basketball developmental coach.

“Be the best version of yourself and stay positive through ups and downs,” Calloway said. “Never get too high and never get too low, and be the best teammate that you can be on and off the court.”
